摘要
目的 观察心脑宁颗粒冲剂治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 5 8例糖尿病性脑梗死患者随机分为 2组。对照组 2 8例运用西医常规治疗 ,治疗组 3 0例在西医常规治疗基础上口服心脑宁颗粒冲剂 ,2组均 4周为 1个疗程。观察 2组临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标和糖化血红蛋白变化。结果 治疗组总有效率为 90 .0 %,对照组为 75 .0 %,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗前后血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血小板黏附率比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组治疗后比较亦有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。 2组治疗后糖化血红蛋白比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective To study the effect of Xinnaoning granule in treating diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods 58 patients with diabetic cerebral infarction were divided into control group (n=28), which was treated by routine therapy, and treatment group (n=30), which was treated by combination of routine therapy and Xinnaoning granule. The therapeutic duration was 4 weeks in both groups. Clinical effect and changes of hemorrheology indexes and glycated haemoglobin before and after treatment were measured. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (90.0%) was higher than that in control group (75.0%, P<0.05). There was significant difference between before and after treatment in hematocrit, fibrinogen and platelet adhesiveness in treatment group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and there was notable discrepancy(P<0.05 or P<0.01) between control group and treatment group after treatment. Conclusion Xinnaoning granule combine with routine therapy has definite effect on diabetic cerebral infarction.
