摘要
目的探讨MVIS-2035全自动血液流变分析仪测定血液流变学指标的参考值范围。方法用MVIS-2035全自动血液流变分析仪测定485例健康体检者的全血高切(200/S)、中切(30/s)、低切(3/s)黏度值,血浆黏度值,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞刚性指数,血液屈服应力和红细胞电泳时间。结果485例健康人血液流变学指标均呈正态分布。除血液屈服应力外各血液流变学指标在不同性之间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。各年龄组之间(<20岁组分别与与20～39岁组、40～59岁组、≥60岁组比较)比较:20～39岁组、40～59岁组、红细胞聚集指数增高,血浆黏度值降低。而≥60岁组全血低切黏度值及红细胞聚集指数增高,血浆黏度值降低(P<0.05),红细胞刚性指数增高(P<0.05)。95%可信区间正常参考值:男、女组的全血高切黏度值分别是4.81～6.63mPa/s、4.52～6.17mPa/s,全血中切黏度值分别是6.70～8.88mPa/s、6.14～8.35mPa/s,全血低切黏度值分别是9.72～12.94mPa/s、8.78～12.18mPa/s,血浆黏度值为1.40～1.72mPa/s、1.37～1.84,红细胞聚集指数分别是5.68～8.57、5.19～7.85,红细胞刚性指数分别是0.81～1.11、0.75～1.08,血液屈服应力为0.86～1.35,红细胞电泳时间分别是16.00-21.27s、14.89-19.95s。结论血液流变学的各项实验室检查指标在不同性别、年龄之间存在一定的差异。各实验室应建立自己的参考值为临床诊断提供最可靠的依据。
Objective To explore the reference range of the indexes of hemorheology in healthy people. Methods Using MIVS-2035 automatic hemorheology analyzer to examine 485 healthy people. It includes high, intermediate and low blood viscosity （ηb） at the shear rate of 200/s, 30/s, 3/s , plasma viscosity （ ηP）, red blood cell aggregation index （Arbe）, red blood cell rigidity index（IR）, blood yield stress （ξc） and red blood cell electrophoresis time（EPT）. Results Among 485 healthy people, all the indexes of hemorheology appear to be gaussian distribution. Except of blood yield stress , the other indexes appear significant differece among different sexual groups. Compare different age groups （ to compare the group the people＇ s age in it is lower than 20 with the group whose age is between 20 and 39,40 and 59, over than 60 ）. In the the group whose age is between 20 and 39,40 and 59, red blood cell aggregation index increases, plasma viscosity degrades. However , in the group whose age is over 60 , low blood viscosity （ηb） and red blood cell aggregation index increase, plasma viscosity degrades （ P 〈 0.05 ）, red blood cell rigidity index increases （P 〈 0.05 ）. The reference value of 95% confidence interval ： -qb （ 200/S ） is 4.81 - 6.63 mPa/s （ male ） ,4.52 - 6.17 mPa/s （ female）, ηb （30/s） is 6.70 - 8.88 mPa/s （male） ,6.14 - 8.35 mPa/s （ female ）, ηb （3/s） is 9.72 - 12.94 mPa/s （male） ,8.78 - 12.18 mPa/s （ female ）, ηp is 1.40 - 1.72 mPa/s （ male）, 1.37 - 1.84 （ female ）, Arbe is 5.68 - 8.57（male） ,5.19 -7.85 （female） ,IR is 0.81 - 1.11 （male） ,0.75 - 1.08 （female） ,ξc is 0.86 - 1.35 ,EPT is 16.00-21.27 s（male） ,14.89-19.95 s（female）. Conclusion There were significant difference between man and woman , also have difference between different ages. So one laboratory should set up its own reference range in order to supply reliable proves for clinical diagnosis.
