摘要
介绍国内外采用薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产电工钢的现状,阐述该工艺流程生产电工钢的独特优势,介绍生产无取向电工钢遇到的实际困难,总结采用该流程生产晶粒取向电工钢的工艺特点。指出采用该工艺生产电工钢需要克服的技术难点和研究方向。
The status of electrical steel production by thin slab casting and rolling was addressed in this paper and the advantage of producing electrical steel by this process analyzed. The difficulties met in the production of non-oriented electrical steel were expressed, and the technical features in production of grain-oriented electrical steel discussed. The critical points in production of electrical steel by TSCR process were put forward.
