薄板坯连铸连轧生产取向硅钢技术的研究 被引量:19

摘要 通过分析传统工艺生产取向硅钢,阐述了采用薄板坯连铸连轧生产取向硅钢的优势及可行性,指出了该工艺关键环节的核心控制技术。结果表明,通过合理选取取向硅钢的成分和抑制剂与后续渗氮等工艺的配合可以生产出取向硅钢。 The possibility and advantages of producing oriented silicon steel by thin slab casting and rolling(TSCR) technology are described. Results show that the cold-rolled silicon steel can be produced using TSCR process reasonable chemical composition proper precipitation of prohibitors and subsequent nitriding treatment as the key moments.
