摘要
运用三维软件建模软件Pro/E和分析软件ANSYS对柴油机活塞进行了建模和三维有限元的分析,找出了柴油机活塞受力变形的关键部位和薄弱环节。改进了传统单门学科的局限,对活塞进行热、力、结构的多学科耦合分析,提出了设计时应注意的要点,得出优化结论和结果,为柴油机活塞的设计提供参考。
Applying three-dimensional software Pro-E and A nsys, did the modeling and three-dimensional Finite Element analysis ,found out the key position and the weak tache of the diesel piston stress distortion. Improved the limits of tradition single subject and did the force ,heat,structure multi-subject coupling analyzing,proposed the key points of the design that you should pay attention to ,came out optimized conclusion and result,providing reference for designing of the diesel piston.
