摘要
针对某型号发动机活塞断裂事故,用有限元法研究了活塞结构对活塞机械强度的影响,并进行了相关试验验证。结果表明,活塞销座圆角能够降低活塞边缘10%~20%的峰值应力;活塞销外径尺寸对活塞销座的强度影响最为明显;活塞销孔形状优化也能改善活塞销座强度,但降低了活塞销的强度。
This paper writes that the finite-element method is applied to the study of the influence of the piston structure upon the mechanical strength of the piston in view of the fracture accident of a certain type of engine piston and some relative test verifications are done. The result shows that the piston-pin boss fillet can reduce the peak-stress of the piston edge by 10% -20%; the influence of the dimension of the piston-pin outer diameter upon the piston-pin boss is the most obvious; the optimization of the shape of the piston-pin hole can improve the strength of the piston-pin boss, but depress the strength of the piston pin.
