摘要
泛非主义同民族主义携手并进,非洲一体化进程同民族国家的诞生与发展几乎同步进行,这是非洲历史发展进程中的一个独有特点。两者关系如何协调互动,一直是当代非洲一体化进程中的复杂问题。这需要妥善处理国家主权与地区一体化的关系,在继续保持民族国家个性的基础上,逐步推进地区机制建设,逐步培育超越国家层面的地区认同感。未来非洲漫长的统一之路,将是在国家主权与地区联盟、民族主义和地区主义之间获得协调、均衡的发展。
The co-existence of Pan-Africanism and nationalism as well as the parallel development of African integration process and nation-state building are the unique characteristics of the African historical development.How the two pairs interact properly remains a complicated issue in the process of African integration.The future unification of Africa will be the result of coordinate and even development of national sovereignty and regional union as well as nationalism and regionalism.
