摘要
为寻找单一的孕酮受体拮抗剂,以米非司酮为先导物,3-乙撑二氧基-5(10),9(11)-雌甾二烯-3-酮为原料,经环氧化、格氏加成,加成,还原,水解5步反应,设计并合成了8个目的物及12个中间体,均未见文献报道,其结构均经红外、核磁及质谱确证。
The aim of the paper is to dissociate the antiprogesterone action and the antiglucocorticoid action of mifepristone and to search for new compounds with simple progestone receptor antagonist. Eight derivatives of mifepristone and twelve important intermediates were desigined and synthesized from 3ketal5(10),9(11)estradien3one through epoxidation, the addition of aromatic Grighard agent, addition, reduce and hydrolysis. All these compounds were novel compounds. Their structure were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and MS spectra.
