摘要
目的:观察薇诺娜激光术后面膜(简称面膜)、薇诺娜舒敏倍润修复保湿霜(简称保湿霜)、薇诺娜舒敏控油修复凝露(简称控油凝露)对激光治疗后皮肤敏感性等症状的改善情况及安全性。方法:采用受试者自身对照观察,给予30例激光术后患者使用面膜、保湿霜或控油凝露,于首诊日及第7、15、30日用无创性皮肤测试仪检测皮肤水分、油脂含量及皮肤弹性,并观察皮肤敏感性、瘙痒、红斑等症状的改善情况。结果:30例患者激光术后使用面膜前后皮肤含水量分别为62.4和75.1(P<0.05),油脂含量为23.0和22.8(P<0.05)。皮肤含水量自第7天开始升高,第30天时升高最为明显(P<0.05),皮肤弹性第15天升高,第30天时升高最为明显(P<0.05)。患者使用保湿霜或控油凝露后,皮肤有舒适感,皮肤整体光滑度、油性度、干燥度、皮肤红斑和丘疹均改善,皮肤刺痛、瘙痒改善各指标取值随时间推移均有增大趋势(P<0.05)。30例患者未出现明显不良反应。结论:薇诺娜面膜、保湿霜和(或)控油凝露能够改善激光术后皮肤的敏感性及瘙痒、红斑等症状,安全性较好。
Objective： To observe the restoration and reliability of winona sensitive skin mask, winona sensitive skin moisture recovery cream and winona sensitive skin oil-control gel on the sensitive skin after laser therapy. Methods： A self-control study was conducted in 30 patients. The three kinds of products were applied after laser therapy. The water content in the stratum corneum, the level of skin sebum and skin elastcity were measured by non-evasive devices, at the first visit and the follow-up at the day 7, 15 and 30 respectively. The sensitivity of skin and the improvement of symptoms such as pruritus and erythema were observed, too. Results： After the application of winona sensitive skin mask, the water content in stratum corneum was elevated （75.1 vs 62.4, P〈0.05） since the 7th day, reaching peak at the 30th day（P〈0.05）. So was the level of skin sebum （23.0 vs 22.8, P〈0.05）. The level of skin elasticity went upwards since the 15th day and reach peak at the 30 day. The subjects felt better after using the cream or gel, with obvious improvement in the smoothness, oilness and dryness of skin. The erythemas, papules, twinge and pruritus of the skin alleviated over time （P〈 0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in most subjects （96.67%）, while one person experienced allergic reaction, which was not definitely imputed to the products. Conclusion： Winona sensitive skin mask, sensitive skin moisture recovery cream and sensitive skin oil control gel can ameliorate the skin sensitivity and symptoms due to laser therapy, with a good compliance.
