摘要
公共权力"期权化"是权力异化的一种表现形式。诱发公共权力"期权化"的因素包括"角色冲突"、权力界限不清、监督不力等。防止"期权化"腐败就必须从制度、监督、惩治和道德等方面加强对公共权力的制约。
The option of public power is regarded as the alienation of power. Power option is based on two premises： power character and government officials social roles . Option reason include spower expand, less supervise and so on. The ways to prevent option corruption lay emphasis on institution, supervision, punishment and education.
