摘要
作为执政党的中国共产党,在构建社会主义和谐社会的重要历史阶段,肩负着历史的重任。社会主义和谐社会的构建能否成功,关键在于党的领导。文章探讨了执政党在构建社会主义和谐社会进程中,需要处理好执政党与公共权力、执政党与人民群众、执政党与参政党、党政之间、党内关系等五个方面的关系。这五个方面也是加强党执政能力建设的现实动因。
The Communist Party,the ruling party of China,shoulders great responsibilities in the significant process of establishing the harmonious society.The success of establishing the harmonious society relies on the Communist Party＇s leadership.In this paper,the author argues that in the process of establishing the harmonious society,five relationships should be carefully dealt with： the relationships between the Party and the power,between the Party and the masses,between the ruling party and the participating parties,between the Party and the government,and the internal relations of the Communist party.These five relationships are also the realistic motives to strengthen the construction of the administrative capacity of the Party.
