皮肤MALT淋巴瘤缺乏t(11;18)(q21;q21)/API2-MALT1和t(14;18)(q34;q21)/IGH-MALT1 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤中常见的两个染色体易位t(11;18)(q21;q21)/API2-MALT1和t(14;18)(q34;q21)/IGH-MALT1在皮肤MALT淋巴瘤中的发生率。方法:采用MALT1及IGH双色分离探针,对19例皮肤MALT淋巴瘤标本进行间期荧光原位杂交(FISH)。结果:19例皮肤MALT淋巴瘤中均未检测到涉及MALT1基因的染色体易位,但发现2例(2/19,11%)存在MALT1基因的3个拷贝现象。结论:涉及MALT1基因的染色体易位,即t(11;18)(q21;q21)/API2-MALT1和t(14;18)(q34;q21)/IGH-MALT1在皮肤MALT淋巴瘤罕见或不见。 Objective.t(ll;18)(q21;q21)/API2-MALT1 and t(14;18)(q34;q21)/IGH-MALT1 have been reported in cutaneous MALT lymphoma. However, the incidence of t(11;18)(q21;q21)/API2-MALT1 and t(14;18)(q34;q21)/IGH-MALT1 in this kind of cutaneous lymphoma remains unclear. Methods. 19 cases of cutaneous MALT lymphoma were screened by interphase FISH analysis using MALT1 and IGH break apart probes. Results: The translocations involving MALT1 were not detected in all of the 19 cutaneous MALT lymphoma, but 3 copies of MALT1 gene were detected in two of the 19 cases (11%) . Conclusion:This study demonstrated that translocations involving MALT1 gene, including API2-MALT1 and IGH-MALT1 are absence or at least uncommon in cutaneous MALT lymphoma.
