摘要
1974～1975年、1982～1983年、1990年采用菌粉拌细土手撒、纱布袋振动两种放菌方法。越冬代在4月上中旬、第1代在6月中旬隔行隔株放菌,0.7～1.0kg/亩菌粉,松毛虫幼虫白僵率平均75%。本县生产的常规菌粉平均含孢量161.4亿/g,活孢率83.1%。1982～1992年11年间白僵菌防治10多万亩松林松毛虫,平均防治效果76.6%。
Two methods (dusting Beauveria bassiana powder mixed with fine soil or vib-rating with powder in gauze bag) used in 1974～1975, 1982～1983, 1990 to control Dendrolimuspunctatus Walker. 0.7～1.0kg/mu Beauveria bassiana powder were applicated alternate row andstem in the first and middle ten-day of April with overwintering generation and in the middleten-day of June with the first generation, the result was 75% muscardine rate of Dendrolimuspunctatus larva. Mean spore content of normal Beauveria bassiana powder produced in Pin-gyang county reached 161.4×10~8/g, alive rate 83.1%. Over 100, 000 mu masson pine (Pinusmassoniana) forest were controlled from 1982 to 1992, the mean effect reached 76.7%.
