摘要
目的:初步探讨胸腔镜辅助下漏斗胸矫形术(Nuss手术)的优越性。方法:在胸腔镜辅助下实施漏斗胸矫形术5例。结果:手术过程顺利,手术时间(41.6±5.94)min,术中出血小于10mL,顺利恢复,住院时间(6.4±0.89)天,随诊3个月～1.5年无任何并发症出现。结论:Nuss手术具有切口小而隐蔽、手术时间短、出血少、创伤小、矫形效果好等优点,值得推广。
Objective：The paper preliminary study the advantages of thoracoscopic assisted Nuss operation for pectus excavatum repair. Methods ：5 cases underwent thoracoscopic -assisted Nuss operation. Results：The operation was successfully completed with 41.6 ＋ 5.94 min. Bleeding in operation was less than 10mL. 5 cases recovered completely. After one year to 3 months of follow -up, no any complication was observed. Conclusions：Thoracoscopic -assisted Nuss operation has many advantages such as small incision, short operation time, less bleeding, less trauma. It is a safe and reliable operation way.
