摘要
对１２例漏斗胸病儿术前和术后左心功能的变化作了观察。结果显示术后左心功能有显著改善。术前心功能与年龄和漏斗指数有关。我们认为漏斗胸应早期手术，并推荐漏斗指数作为估计心功能的指标。
This paper reports the determinations of cardiac function in 12 patients with pectus excavatum after operative correction.The results showed marked postoperative improvement of the left ventricular function.The preoperative cardiac function is relative to patient's age and the funnel index(FI).The authors recommend that pectus excavatum should be corrected early and suggest the funnel index can be used as a criterion in assessment of cardiac function.
