摘要
底托梁的穿引是"南海Ⅰ号"整体打捞中的关键工序之一,其成功与否直接关系到整个打捞项目的成败。在水下工程施工中,通过穿引底托梁封闭底部开口的钢沉井,使底托梁和整个钢沉井结构共同受力的施工技术在国内外尚属首创。介绍底托梁穿引的难点和主要施工工艺,为类似工程设计和施工提供借鉴。
The thrilling of bottom joists through the steel open caisson's bottom is the key procedure in the whole body salvage of "Nanhai I", and the implementation of this procedure relates closely to the result of the project. In the underwater project, we adopted the construction technique that to realize the co stressing of the bottom joist and the whole steel caisson by thrilling the bottom joists through the steel open caisson's bottom, which was its first application. The key points and main construction techniques of thrilling construction of bottom joists are described to serve as references for similar engineering design and construction.
