摘要
目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术并发症的预防和治疗。方法对我院1999年4月至2008年8月采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗569例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治愈567例(99.64%),术后105病例出现各种并发症,其中术后腹股沟区疼痛9例,术后尿潴留17例,阴囊积液32例,残留疝囊水肿7例,伤口液化积液9例,腹股沟部异物感28例,伤口浅层感染1例,复发2例(0.41%)。结论正确的手术时机,合理的手术方法,合适的手术修补材料是防治其术后并发症的关键。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of complications of plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty. Methods The clinical data of 569 cases with inguinal hernia treated with plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty from April 1999 to August 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were treated with plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty, 567 cases were cured, and the cure rate was 99.64%. Complications occurred in 105 cases, including groin area pain in 9 cases, postoperative urinary retention in 17 cases, scrotal effusion in 32 cases, residual sac edema in 7 cases, wound liquefied effusion in 9 cases, groin foreign body sensation in 28 cases, wound shallow infection in 1 cases, recurrence in 2 cases（0.41% ）. Conclusion Correct timing of operation, reasonable surgical methods and surgical repair with a suitable material, are the key to the prevention and treatment of post-operative complications of plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty.
