摘要
目的:探讨白血病患者化疗知识掌握程度和遵医行为的相关性及在预防化疗并发症和提高患者生活质量中的作用。方法:将78例白血病化疗患者随机分成两组,观察组42例,除进行常规的护理和教育指导外,给予患者及家属系统的化疗相关知识指导与遵医行为教育。对照组36例,只进行常规护理和健康教育指导。结果:观察组化疗相关知识掌握程度及遵医行为均优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05),观察组化疗并发症发生率低于对照组,而患者生活质量方面高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:患者遵医行为与其对化疗知识掌握程度呈正相关,患者掌握的化疗知识越多,其遵医行为越好,并发症发生率越低,患者生活质量越高。
Objective：To explore the relativity of mastering degree of chemotherapy-related knowledge and abiding doctor＇s advice behavior in leukemia patients and its effect on preventing chemotherapy complication and raising quality of life. Methods：78 leukemia chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into two groups.Acording to patient＇s actual condition and health education rules,42 cases in observation group acquired chemotherapy-related knowledge and abiding doctor＇s advice behavior education except for routine nurse and educational guidance, as well as their relatives. 36 cases in control group acquired routine nurse and educational guidance only. Results：Chemotherapy-related knowledge level and abiding doctor＇s advice behavior of observation group are better than those of the control group （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）,chemotherapy complication rate in observation group is lower than that in control group, while the quality of life in observation group is higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：It has positive correlation between abiding doctor＇s advice behavior and chemotherapy-related knowledge level of patients.The more knowledge the patients acquire ,the better their compliance, the lower incidence of complications, and higher quality of life.
