摘要
目的 了解健康教育对白血病患者化疗期的生活质量的影响。方法 将 64例白血病化疗期患者随机分为实验组与对照组 ,观察其化疗期间对化疗知识的认识及各种并发症的预防与配合。结果 通过观察发现 ,实施健康教育后 ,能调动患者的主观能动性 ,积极配合治疗和护理 ,各种适应能力明显高于对照组。结论 健康教育可有效改善患者的认知能力和适应能力 ,提高患者化疗期的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on Leukemia patients' quality of life during the phase of chemotherapy. Methods 64 patients were divided into experiment group and control group randomly. The patients' cognition of chemotherapy, preventing the complications and cooperating with doctors were observed. Results Health education can increase the activity of patients, so as to cooperating with doctors and nurses. The adaptive capacity of experiment group is better than control group. Conclusions Health education can increase the ability of cognize and adaptability, and improve the quality of life.
