摘要
目的:探讨应用常规3孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)器械行2孔LC的可行性与临床应用价值。方法:回顾我院应用3孔LC器械行2孔LC的72例临床资料,分析其中转开腹率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、手术并发症等。结果:68例成功,3例改3孔技术完成,1例经中转开腹完成。手术时间(30.2±12.1)min,术中出血量(25.7±4.2)ml,术后住院时间(3.7±1.6)d,均未发现手术并发症。结论:应用3孔LC器械行2孔LC是安全可行的,几乎无切口瘢痕的美容效果,尤其适合年轻女性患者。
Objective：To explore the feasibility and clinical value of two-port laparoscopie cholecystectomy （LC） using the instruments of traditional three-port LC. Methods：To review 72 cases of two-port LC using the instruments of three-port LC ,and to analyze the rate of conversion to laparotomy ,operative time, estimated blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,surgical complications. Results ：68 cases were completed successfully,3 cases were completed by converted to three-port LC,and 1 case was completed by converted to laparotomy. The operation time for these patients was （30.2＋12.1）min,estimated blood loss was （25.7 ±4.2）ml, postoperative hospital stay was （3.7±1.6）d, and no surgical complications were seen. Conclusion：Two-port LC is safe and feasible by using equipments of threeport LC with nearly scarless wounds and much better cosmetic effect,especially for young female patients.
