摘要
目的:观察地塞米松联合葡萄糖酸钙对剖宫产术中应用米索前列醇所引起的寒战的预防效果。方法:选择90例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级在硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产术的病人,随机均分为3组,每组30例。A组在打开腹膜后给病人口服米索前列醇0.4mg,B组口服米索前列醇后,静脉滴注10%葡萄糖+地塞米松5mg+10%葡萄糖酸钙10ml,C组为对照组。观察各组寒战发生情况。结果:各组寒战发生率,A组为76.67%(23/30),B组为33.33%(10/30),C组为16.67%(5/30)。A组寒战发生率明显高于B组和C组(P<0.01),43.33%(13/30)发生于口服米索前列醇后10min内。结论:地塞米松+葡萄糖酸钙能有效地预防米索前列醇所致的寒战。
Objective：To observe the effect of dexamethasone and calcium gluconateon preventing shiver caused by misoprotol used in cesarean section.Methods ： 90 patients undergoing cesarean section were chosen in epidural anaesthia with ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade.And they were divided into 3 groups at random （30 cases each group）.Group A was given oral misoprotol 0.4 mg after opening peritoneum;group B after taking misoprotol orally, was administrated dexamethasone 5 mg＋calcium gluconate 10 ml by intravenous drip ;group C was as the control group.The incidence of shiver in every group was observed. Results：The shiver incidence was 76.67%（23/30） in group A,33.33% （10/30） in group B and 16.67%（5/30） in group C respectively.The shiver incidence of group A was higher than that of group B or C （P〈 0.01） ,and it often took place in 10 rain after taken misoprotol orally ,accounting for 43.33%（13/30）.Conclusion：Dexamethasone and calcium gluconate can prevent shiver caused by misoprotol effectively.It should be used during operation.
