摘要
目的研究河北与新疆地区教师的工作满意度、生活质量、主观幸福感的关系。方法对538名教师采用工作满意度通用量表、世卫组织生存质量简表、幸福感指数量表测量。结果教师的总体工作满意度相对较高,存在地区、城乡差异;生活质量与主观幸福感对工作满意度有显著预测作用。结论可建立三者的结构方程模型。
Objective To study the relationship of job satisfaction,quality of life and subjective well-being.Methods By Global Job Satisfaction、WHOQOL-BREF and Index of Well-being,538 teachers were tested.Results The level of middle school teachers' job satisfaction was higher.There were significant differences on job satisfaction between cities and villages.Quality of life and subjective well-being could predict the job satisfaction.Conclusion Covariance structural model of them could be made.
