摘要
目的探讨综合护理对老年冠心病患者的主观幸福感以及相关临床指标的影响。方法选择老年冠心病患者90例为研究对象,根据护理方式分为三组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,研究1组在常规护理基础上加上日常生活干预护理,研究2组在研究1组护理基础上对家属同时进行相关知识的教育。比较干预前、干预后3个月、6个月三组的主观幸福感指数、血压、血糖、血脂、体重指数等相关指标。结果出院后研究2组的体重指数、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与对照组和研究1组比较,差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。研究1组和研究2组舒张压、收缩压、甘油三酯与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论综合护理能够改善患者的临床指标,提高患者主观幸福感。
Objective To investigate the impact of integrated care on subjective well-being of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and related clinical indicators. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with coronary heart disease for the study, were randomly divided into three groups of 30 cases each. The control group received conventional care, study 1 group of nursing intervention plus routine care on the basis of daily life, study 2 group of nursing based on study 1 group plus the education of family members at the same time. To compare before the intervention, after the intervention of 3 months, 6 months three sets of subjective well-being index, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, body mass index and other indicators. Results After discharge research group BMI, fasting glucose, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, compared with the control group and the control group and study group 1, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. Study group 1 and group 2 diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, triglycerides compared with the control group, a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclu- sion integrated care to improve the patient＇s clinical indicators, improve patients＂ subjective well-being.
