摘要
在提取白细胞DNA经典方法的基础上,改进从血细胞快速抽提DNA的方法.应用20%TritonX-100为溶血剂,以酚/氯仿/异戊醇混合液为抽提剂,能从3mL的全血中提取60~90μg的优质DNA,具有快速、经济。
Based on the classical protocol to isolate DNA from leukocytes, improvement was made for rapidly extracting DNA from blood cells. With 20% of triton X-100 as hemolytic agent and mixture of phenol/chloroform/isoamyl alcohol as extraction agent, the method yield 60~90 μg DNA of fine quality from 3 ml blood, demonstrating such fine advantages as rapidity, economy and handling at normal temperature.
