摘要
在提取白细胞ＤＮＡ经典方法的基础上，改进从血细胞快速抽提ＤＮＡ的方法．应用２０％ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００为溶血剂，以酚／氯仿／异戊醇混合液为抽提剂，能从３ｍＬ的全血中提取６０～９０μｇ的优质ＤＮＡ，具有快速、经济。
Based on the classical protocol to isolate DNA from leukocytes, improvement was made for rapidly extracting DNA from blood cells. With 20% of triton X-100 as hemolytic agent and mixture of phenol/chloroform/isoamyl alcohol as extraction agent, the method yield 60～90 μg DNA of fine quality from 3 ml blood, demonstrating such fine advantages as rapidity, economy and handling at normal temperature.
