摘要
本文分析了食用植物油工业的废水排放特点，并针对其废水处理的技术难点，结合北京部分油脂公司污水处理厂的运行经验，提出了适合该类废水处理的工艺流程。
Abstract: The particularities and difficulties in treatment of industrial wastewater of edible vegetable oil processing were discussed and the technological process suitable to this type of wastewater has been proposed on the basis of the operating experience of WTPs of Beijing oil and grease company.
