壳聚糖-金属离子配合物用于皮革顶层涂饰中的抗菌活性 被引量:9

摘要 考查了壳聚糖及其配合物对是3类皮革顶层涂饰材料的相容性及壳聚糖-Al(Ⅲ)与顶涂材料复配体系的抗菌活性,结果表明:壳聚糖与壳聚糖-Al(Ⅲ)对试验顶涂材料的相容性均较好,壳聚糖-Cu(Ⅱ)对水性聚氨酯光亮剂及蛋白涂饰剂的相容性受二者比例的影响较大,而壳聚糖-Fe(Ⅱ)对上述几类顶涂材料(除硅油手感剂外)的相容性均较差。硅油手感剂和水性硝化棉光亮剂基本不影响CTS-Al(Ⅲ)的抗菌性能。而具有良好成膜性能的水性聚氨酯光亮剂对抗菌剂的抗菌活性影响较大。 compatibilities of chitosan and chitosan - metal ion complexes with various top - finishing agents were reviewed The antibacterial activities of chitosan - Al ( Ⅲ ) and top - finishing agents were also investigated. It shows that chitosan and CTS - Al( Ⅲ ) have excellent compatibility with studied finishing materials. And the ratio of CTS - Cu( Ⅱ ) to water based PU glossing agent or casein derivatives greatly influence their compatibilities. Whereas CTS - Fe ( Ⅱ ) has the worst compatibilities with finishing agents mentioned above except silicone handle - variating agent. Silicone handle - variating agent and water based nitrocellulose glossing agent have little influence on the antibacterial activity of CTS - Al (Ⅲ ) While water based PU glossing agent depress the antibacterial activity of CTS - Al ( Ⅲ ) to some extent by the wrapping of it in the membrane.
