摘要
目的:对传统细胞爬片方法进行改良。方法:利用1ml蓝枪头和载玻片制作,在载玻片上种植细胞制成细胞爬片,进行后续染色。结果:细胞直接爬于载玻片上,未发现细胞污染和增殖受限。与传统爬片相比细胞脱落少。结论:与传统爬片染色方法相比具有用材简单、价格低廉、爬片效果好、操作方便等优点。
To improve the method of cell growing on the glass slide. Methods： Cells were planted in a system making by 1 ml tips and slide. Results： Cells grow on the slide directly , no pollution and well proliferation, was fewer dropped off the slide than the traditionary method. Conclusion： The improved method had the advantages including easy-material, low-price, well-effect and convenient-operation , and prior to the traditionary method .
