摘要 通过硅烷偶联剂,丙烯酸乳液同硅溶胶进行杂化,添加适当助剂,制得有机-无机复合涂料,该复合涂料物理、化学性能和化学稳定性均优于纯丙乳液和硅溶胶/聚丙烯酸酯的简单共混乳液。试验了偶联剂用量、复合最佳比例和助剂的影响。 The title organic - inorganic compound coatings was prepared by hybrid of acrylic emulsion and silica sol through silane coupling agent and proper additives. Compared to the simple bending of polyactylate emulsion and silica sol/poly actylate, the silica sol/polyacrylate hybrid emulsion and its coatings film showed better physical and chemical performance and chemical stability. The influence of content of silane coupling agent, and the optimized blend ratio and additive were discussed.
