摘要
为制备一种低成本的水性复合涂料,使其在铝合金表面形成具有保护、装饰等多功能作用的防护涂层,采用廉价的无机硅溶胶与单组分水性氟乳液进行物理混拼,通过对涂料颜基比,分散剂、增稠剂用量以及成膜温度的试验研究,确定了复合涂料的基本配方:硅溶胶与单组分水性氟乳液质量比(2.0∶1.0)^(2.5∶1.0);颜基比(2.18~3.27)∶1.00;分散剂0.15%~0.20%;增稠剂1%~2%。将其喷涂于经过喷砂等处理的铝合金表面,在14~160℃红外灯下烘烤成膜,并按国家标准进行性能检测。结果表明,该涂层的理化性能较好,起到了装饰防护作用;同时涂料具有一定的防火阻燃作用。
Cheap inorganic silica-sol and emulsion of water-based mono-ingredient fluorocarbon resin were physically blended to form a formulation for preparing multi-functional and low cost organic-inorganic composite coating on aluminum alloy surface. Thus the optimal pigment to binder ratio, the dosage of dispersing agents and thickening agent, and film-forming temperature were determined based on a series of tests with respect to their effects on the physicochemical properties of the paints and coatings. The resulting paint was air sprayed onto the surface of sand-blast aluminum alloy, allowing the generation of the cured coating after being heated at 140~160 ℃ with an infrared lamp. And the performance of the coating was evaluated according to relevant national standard methods. As the results, the weight ratio of silica-sol to fluorocarbon resin was determined to be (2.0:1.0~2.5:1.0), the pigment and binder ratio was determined as (2.18~3.27):1.00, while the dosage of dispersing agent and thickening agent was suggested as 0.15%~0.20% and 1%~2%, respectively. The resulting coating showed good physicochemical properties and was suitable to the protection and decoration of Al alloys. At the same time, the coating was inflammable and didn’t emit noxious gases and heavy smoke at elevated temperature, showing a certain degree of fire-resistant and anti-flaming capability.
