摘要
川西北牧区草地不仅能带来经济收益,更重要的是为社会稳定及生态环境带来了巨大的效益,草地建设保护具有外部性。文章在深入分析川西北牧区草地建设保护外部性表现的基础上,根据外部性产生的原因,提出草地建设保护外部性内部化的途径。
Tibetan Pastoral Areas＇ Grassland in the northwest of Sichuan Province can bring economic incomes, and what＇s more important, it can bring great benefits for the society stabilization and environment. In this paper, based on profoundly analyzing externality of construction and protection of Tibetan Pastoral Areas＇ grassland in the northwest of Siehuan Province, the way to change the externality into interior was put forward according to causes of externality.
