摘要
利用自整定模糊-PID控制器实现对直流无刷电动机的控制。在分析直流无刷电动机数学模型的基础上,建立一种新型的三相直流无刷电动机数学模型,并将自整定模糊-PID控制器应用于直流无刷电动机的控制系统中。系统采用双闭环调速,电流环采用电流滞环控制,转速环采用自整定模糊-PID控制器,通过不断检测速度偏差e和速度偏差变化率ec,对参数KP,KI和KD进行在线校正,控制器参数随e和ec变化而变化,以提高系统的控制效果。研究结果表明,这种基于自整定模糊-PID控制器的直流无刷电动机控制系统具有响应快、超调小、控制精度高等特点,比传统PID控制器具有更好的静、动态特性。
The control problem of brushless DC motor by self-tuning fuzzy controller is studied. A brushless DC motor simulation model is established based on the analysis of the brushless DC motor mathematical model. Self-tuning fuzzy-PID controller is applied to brush- less DC motor control system. In the double-loop speed control system, the central electricity current adopts loop control, and speed loop using self-tuning fuzzy-PID controller. By detecting rate deviation of speed error and rate of change speed error, the parameters are corrected on-line. As e and ec changes, the controller parameters will also change to improve the control results. The analysis results show that this self-tuning based fuzzy-PID controller of brushless DC motor control system has such good points as fast response, small ultra and high precision. It is better than conventional PID controller with static and dynamic characteristics.
