摘要
主要介绍了应用于润滑油生产过程的吸附剂下料系统。阐述了吸附剂下料系统的基本构成和工作原理。并对该系统的控制方法进行了研究,将传统的PID控制与模糊控制技术相结合,设计了模糊自整定PID控制器,利用模糊逻辑控制实现了PID控制器参数在线自调整,并采用闭环控制实现对吸附剂下料系统的自动控制,较好地解决了吸附剂下料系统的控制问题。在实际应用中均表明了系统设计的可行性和有效性,可在润滑油生产行业中推广应用。
The unloading system of absorbent applying for lubricating oil production process is introduced. The basic composition and the operation principle of system are introduced. In the system, fuzzy auto-tuning PID control is introduced and studied in details. It combines traditional PID with fuzzy control technology, and adopts the closed-loop control to realize the automatic control of unloading system of absorbent. So it solves the control problem of system better. The study shows that the fuzzy auto-tuning PID control will be more suitable than single PID or fuzzy control only and the test running results of the new system shows that the design is successful.
