摘要
实现高校思想政治教育资源共建共享,必须遵循互惠互利,优势互补;以无偿为主,有偿和无偿相结合;均衡发展,和谐共进的原则;建立和完善行政主导、高校参与;全员共建、全员共享;分层共建、分级共享的机制;加强网络平台建设。
To realize the construction and sharing of the resources in ideological and political education in university, we should follow the principles of mutual benefits, complementary superiority; based on use without compensation, follow the principles of combining paid use with free use; follow the principles of balanced development and making progress harmoniously; establish and perfect administrative leading, university＇s participation, overall establishment and overall sharing; and strengthen the establishment of network platform.
