射流泵乳化液配液器的数值模拟 被引量:2

The Numerical Simulation of Jet-pump Device for Mixing Oil and Water on Emulsion-Pump Station

摘要 针对目前普遍采用的射流泵乳化液配液器存在配液精度低、易堵塞等缺陷,提出了一种几何参数经过优化配置的同类装置,利用FLUENT软件研究了其各主要因素对乳化液配制浓度和流量的影响,找出对配液精度和效率影响最显著的因素,从而为后续的设计提供依据。 A similar device was put forward to avoid the disadvantages, such as low accuracy of mixed emulsion, easy emerging blockage in the oil-inlet hole and so on, which are common faults on the device widely used to produce emulsion at present. The major factors affecting on the concentration and flow rate of emulsion were studied in this paper. Some important factors for mixing accuracy and production efficiency were found. These conclusions can be advised on design and produce of this device.
