甲病灶中病原真菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过系统分类鉴定确定甲病致病真菌的分类地位。方法从甲病患者的病灶中分离、纯化致病菌,并对其基本形态学特征及菌体可溶性蛋白电泳进行了初步的比较研究从而确定其分类地位。结果经分离、纯化获得4株丝状真菌,分别命名为菌株Fh2、Fh3、Fh5和W3,依形态学特征均符合丛梗孢科(Moniliaceae)。菌株Fh5属于曲霉属(Aspergillus Link),Fh3和W3具有相同的可溶性蛋白电泳条带,Fh2和Fh3其可溶性蛋白电泳条带不同。结论菌株Fh2、Fh3、Fh5和W3同属半知菌类(Fungi Imperfec-tI)、丝孢纲(Hyphomycetes)、丝孢目(Hyphomycetables)、丛梗孢科(Moniliaceae)。菌株Fh5属于曲霉属(Aspergillus Link)的黄曲霉群;菌株Fh2、Fh3和W3为头孢霉属(Cephalosporium Corda),其中Fh3和W3鉴定为顶头孢霉(Cephalosporium acremonium),Fh2为其变种(Cephalosporium acremonium var.)。 Objective To determine nail pathogenic fungi's classified status through system classification appraisal. Methods Fungi was isolated from patient's focal infection area,purified fungi and compared the basic morphological characteristics of the cell, then soluble protein electrophoresis was used to identify the classification. Results We got 4 fungi, named trains Fh2, Fh3, Fh5 and W3, according to morphological characteristics, they were moniliaceae, Fh5 belongs to the aspergillus strains. Fh3 and W3 had the same soluble protein electrophoresis bands,Fh2 and Fh3 showed different bands in soluble protein electrophoresis. Conclusion Strain Fh2, Fh3, Fh5 and W3 all belong to fungi imperfect I,hyphomycetes,hyphomycetables,moniliaceae. Fh5 belongs to the aspergillus link of aspergillus flavus group;strain Fh2, Fh3 and W3 are attributed to cephalosporium corda, of which Fhz and W3 identified as cephalosporium aeremonium, Fh2 is a variant of cephalosporium acremonium var.
