摘要
推行绿色节能、智能化建筑是建筑业的发展趋势,也是实施"节约能源,走可持续发展道路的基本国策"。江汉油田集资住房建设中存在着新材料新技术应用不足、交付的"毛坯房"存在缺陷、住宅智能化建设空缺等问题。推行绿色节能住宅应从规划设计、广泛应用新材料和新技术、推广全装修成品房、住宅智能化等方面入手,提高集资住房品位。
Promoting green energy--saving and intelligent building is the development trend of construction industry as well as the implementation of the fundamental state policy, ＂saving energy and going along the path of sustainable development＂. In Jianghan Oilfield financing housing construction, new material and technology are less applied, the delivered ＂rough housing＂ is flawed, and the building is not intelligent. Promoting green energy--saving and intelligent building requires starting with such aspects as design, wide application of new material and technology, popularization of whole decorated and intelligent housing.
