摘要
[目的]通过观察在祛痰化瘀中药复方作用下高血压动物模型的心肌细胞结构变化,探讨祛痰化瘀中药复方的抗高血压作用.[方法]建立SD大鼠高血压模型,祛痰化瘀复方煎剂灌胃给药,对照组按1mL/(100g?d)给予生理盐水灌胃,连续60d,测量各组大鼠的血压,处死大鼠取心脏组织进行光镜和透射电镜观察.[结果]给药60d,中药复方高、低剂量组血压值分别为(14.28±3.230)kPa和(14.31±3.503)kPa,与模型组(18.74±2.117)kPa比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组大鼠心脏组织有灶性的心肌细胞坏死,肌纤维间有大量的纤维结缔组织增生,心肌细胞超微结构出现肌原纤维断裂融解,线粒体变性;中药高剂量组的光镜和电镜观察无明显的病理性改变,中药低剂量组心肌细胞有变性,损伤程度和范围低于模型组.[结论]祛痰化瘀组方可以降低血压,恢复心肌细胞的正常形态结构.
[Objective] To study the anti-hypertension effect of phlegm-removing herb formulae. [Method] The renal hypertensive model was established by using the two renal arteries and two clips method. Rats were administrated the phlegm-removing Quiz Tan Hua Yu Chinese herb formulae in different doses. The control group was administrated by normal saline the dose of 1 mL/(100 g·d). continually for 60 days. Their blood pressures were measured, and their cardiac muscles were observed by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. [Results] The blood pressures were respectively (14.28±3.230) kPa, (14.31±3.503) kPa on the high-dose-CHF and the low-dose-CHF after the 60 days. They had statistical meaning(P〈0.05). Cardiac muscle cell structures remained normal in the high dose group. Cardiac muscles' focal necrosis, flbroplasias, myofibril solution, and mitochondrion degenerated in the model group. The deterioration and damage degree and scope in low-dose-group were less than those found in the model group. [Conclusion] Chinese phlegm-removing herb formulae of Qu Tan Hua Yu had decreased the blood pressures andrestored cardiac muscles' morphological characteristics.
