摘要
小波变换在故障诊断领域的研究目前主要集中在机械等方面。针对无线电引信的故障诊断,提出采用小波变换的模极大值方法对无线电引信信号进行奇异性检测,找出了发生故障的时间点和频率范围,进而分析出了引信故障是由于弹丸在飞行过程中尾翼章动不稳定,造成噪声过大引起的,并经过实验室实验验证了故障定位的准确性,为解决引信存在的问题提供了帮助。
The present researches on the wavelet transformation applied to fault diagnosis mainly focus on the mechanical aspect. Aiming at the fault diagnosis of radio fuzes, a modulus maxima method based on wavelet transform is put forward to conduct singularity detection of radio fuze signal and find out the time point and the frequency domain when fault is occurring. Then the analysis shows that the fuze failure is due to the noise caused by the unstable fin nutation during projectile flight. The laboratory experiment proves accuracy of the fault location which can help to solve problems in fuzes.
