基于小波变换模极大值的SPD故障诊断技术 被引量:13

摘要 使用复合波诊断以ZnO压敏电阻为主要元件的SPD的故障中电压信号的突变点往往携带SPD运行状态的重要信息。基于小波分析的信号奇异性检测理论可通过检测信号小波变换模极大值点来确定信号奇异点,通过分析信号模的极大值及其出现位置诊断SPD的故障。籍此理论分析了不同故障类型的SPD复合波冲击下的电压信号,证明使用小波分析模极大值诊断SPD故障的方法行之有效。 Singularities often carry major information in voltage signals in the combination wave detection of SPD. Theory of singularities detection based on wavelet analysis can define the singularities according to the modulus maximum of wavelet analysis of voltage signals. Through analyzing the location and degree of modulus maximum, that there is any fault or not in SPD can be shown. This paper analyzes the voltage signals of different types of faults and discusses the method that diagnoses the SPD using wavelet transform modulus maximum. The test results show that this method is fairly effective in SPD fault recognition.
