摘要
针对西部交通科技项目评价指标量化困难的特点,参照我国目前常用的科技项目评价指标体系,建立了由2个一级指标和4个二级指标组成的西部交通建设科技项目投入指标体系,以及由5个一级指标和11个二级指标组成的产出指标体系,并提出了各指标的计算方法,然后在大量统计计算的基础上,应用SPSS软件,对提出的投入产出指标进行因子分析,通过各评价指标的相关性分析并进行降维处理,最后得出含3个因子的投入指标和5个因子的产出指标,依此构建了西部交通科技项目评价指标体系。
Aimed at problems of quantization of evaluation indexes for western region transportation scientific and technological projects, with reference to commonly used evaluation indexes for scientific and technological projects in China, the input index system which is composed of 2 first-level indexes and 4 second-level indexes and the output index system which is composed of 5 first-level indexes and 11 second-level indexes were established first.The calculation method of these indexes was put forward at the same time. On the basis of statistical calculation, analysis of factors of input and output indexes was carried out to reduce the dimension of these indexes according to the relativity analysis of index system by using SPSS software. Finally the index system which was composed of 3 input factors and 5 output factors was obtained to establish the evaluation index system for western region transportation scientific and technological projects accordingly.
