摘要
针对宁夏六盘山地区的气候特点和夏季施工工期短的工程条件,提出在该地区采用具有水泥稳定类基层和二灰稳定类基层双重优点的水泥石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石基层结构,并通过对不同配合比设计方法的4种级配基层混合料进行强度、刚度、抗冻、干燥收缩、温度收缩5个方面的室内试验,对水泥石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石基层结构的路用性能对比研究。推荐在该地区采用水泥石灰粉煤灰综合稳定碎石基层结构,混合料配合比设计采用体积法进行设计;在综合考虑强度、刚度性能的前提下,低温冻胀、开裂病害突出的地方,应优先选择T中限级配;在高温、干缩裂缝病害较突出的地区,应优先选用T下限级配。
In light of the climate features and the shorter period construction condition in summer in Liupanshan Mountain area of Ningxia, the structure of cement, lime and flyash stabilized macadam base, which has both advantages of cement stabilized base and lime and flyash base, was proposed to be used in this area. The road performance of cement, lime and flyash combined stabilized base was also studied through laboratory tests including strength, rigidity, anti - freeze, dry shrinkage, and humidity shrinkage for four grading base mixtures of different gradation design. The structure of cement, lime and flyash stabilized macadam base and bulk method for base mixture gradation design were recommended for this area. With full consideration of strength and rigidity, T medium limit gradation was suggested to be selected for the area where calamity such as expansion and split due to serious low temperature, while for the high-temperature s and serious shrinkage crack area, the selection of T low limit gradation should be given priority.
