摘要
以半柔性路面中的水泥砂浆为研究对象,提出符合要求的素水泥砂浆配合比。在此基础上分别掺加DL胶乳、YH树脂、BD乳液3种聚合物,测试其流动度、力学强度等各项指标。同时,对聚合物改性水泥砂浆的收缩性能进行研究,得到了3组综合性能最优的聚合物水泥砂浆。对灌注各种水泥砂浆的半柔性路面高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳性进行研究后认为,添加聚合物的水泥砂浆对半柔性路面各方面性能均有所改善,经综合比较认为性价比最高的方案为掺加聚灰比为4.7%的BD乳液水泥砂浆。
In order to study the cement slurry for the semi-flexible pavement, the mixing proportions of the plain cement slurry which corresponded to the standard were proposed. On this basis, DL latex, YH resin and BD latex were added into the cement slurry respectively, and their mobility, mechanical strength, and other indicators were tested. At the same time, the shrinkage performance of the polymer modified cement slurry was researched and three groups of optimal properties of polymer cement slurry were obtained. Then, the high temperature stability, low- temperature crack resistance and water stability of the semi-flexible pavement filled up with special cement slurry were studied. It is concluded that the cement slurry mixed with polymer can improve the pavement performance of the semi-flexible pavement. After comprehensive comparison, it is founded that adding the BD latex which polymercement ratio is 4.7 % into the semi-flexible pavement is the most economical scheme.
