摘要
采用改性阳离子氯丁胶乳对尿素储运混凝土地坪进行腐蚀防护,并与环氧乙烯基酯树脂和聚脲弹性体两种涂层的防护试验效果进行了比较。结果表明,在尿素储运地坪上应用改性阳离子氯丁胶乳水泥混凝土比环氧乙烯基酯树脂和聚脲弹性体两种涂层具有更好的防护效果,其使用寿命预计在10年以上。
Modified cation neoprene latex utilized as a corrosion protection approach in a concrete platform for stacking and transporting urea in a large-scale urea plant was investigated and compared with the vinyl ester resin and polyurea elastomer material. The results demonstrated that the modified cation neoprene latex had better corrosion protection performance in the platform, The in-service life of the concrete could be expected to be more than ten years.
