摘要
研究稀土铝合金非枝晶坯料的制备工艺和580℃保温的重熔组织。实验表明,浇铸温度、铸件尺寸、浇铸模具和浇铸方式对合金非枝晶组织制备有明显的影响。在液相线温度采用斜坡铜模浇铸可制备优良的非枝晶组织坯料,其重熔组织为细小均匀的等轴球状晶,晶粒平均直径为44.2μm,晶粒平均圆度为2.08。
The preparation processing of non-dendritic RE billet of Al-Si alloy is discussed, and the remelting structure of aluminum alloy holding at 580 ℃ is also researched. Experiment shows that casting temperature, casting size, casting mould and casting mode have great influence on the preparation of non-dendritic alloy structure. Slope copper mold casting at liquidus temperature can he used in preparing excellent non-dendritic structure billet, its remelting structure is uniform with small equiaxed spherical grain, the average diameter of grain is 44.2 μm and its average roundness is 2.08.
