摘要
水力压裂是油气藏增产的一项重要技术,形成高导流能力的填砂裂缝是水力压裂成功的关键。通过研究支撑剂在垂直裂缝中的沉降规律,建立了受压裂液性能和裂缝几何尺寸等多种因素影响的支撑剂沉降数学模型,编制了相应的计算机软件。通过敏感性分析,研究了影响支撑剂沉降的主要因素以及支撑剂在携砂液中的沉降规律。以胜利油区大北11-29井为例,以获得最合理的支撑剂分布为目标,对施工排量、支撑剂和压裂液参数进行了优化,该井经压裂后日产油量增加了5.7倍,获得了较好的增产效果。
Hydraulic fracturing is an important technique to stimulate the reservoir production and the key point in hydraulic fracturing is to form sand packed fractures with high-conductivity.Through researching the principle of proppant settlement in vertical fractures,a mathematical model about proppant settlement, which is affected by many factors such as geometric sizes,performances of the fracturing fluids and so on,was established.And the relevant computer software was programmed.Analysis of sensitivity revealed the main factors affecting the settlement of proppant and the principle of the settlement in the carrier fluid.Based on the experiences of well Dabei11-29,the design for the construction of displacement,the performance of fracturing fluid and the parameters of proppant were optimized to aim at the best distribution state of the proppant.All these parameters obtained after the optimization can be used to guide the designs and operations on the fracturing wells.
