摘要
认识和把握原生煤粉的粒度特性是对其进行有效分选的前提,对采自兖矿集团济二、济三矿各2个工作面的4个煤样进行了原生煤粉的筛分试验。通过研究分析原生煤粉的粒度组成规律,证实了原生煤粉的粒度特性均符合Rosin-Rammler粒度特性方程,并均具有显著的线性相关关系;发现原生煤粉的Rosin-Rammler方程中的参数k与平均粒度d之间存在线性关系,参数b随着参数k的增大而减小。
Understanding and grasping the size characteristics of the original fine coal is the premise of effective separation of the original fine coal. Four coal samples,wich collected from working faces of the Jier Mine,Jisan Mine in Yankuang Group in a certain day,were used in the screening test of the original fine coal. Through analyzing and researching the granulometric composition rule of original fine coal,it can be found that the grain size characteristics of four samples all conform to the size distribution rule of the Rosin-Rammler equation, and they all have significant linear relations. Meanwhile it also can be found in the Rosin-Rammler equation, there are linear relations between the parameter kand the average size d,with parameter k increaseing the parameter b becomes smaller.
