摘要
采用Malvern 公司的马尔文粒度仪测量煤粉颗粒的平均粒度和粒度分布、及Leco 公司的MAC- 500 型工业分析仪测量煤粉的工业分析成分, 对合山劣质烟煤、晋城贫煤的各4 种不同粒径的细化和超细化煤样进行了试验研究, 应用库仑滴定法测定了煤粉颗粒粒度对煤质全硫元素分析的影响. 结果表明, 煤粉颗粒粒度对煤质分析特性有很大的影响, 并进一步影响煤粉的热解、着火、燃烧等特性. 煤粉颗粒粒度是进行煤质分析与燃烧系统设计的重要物理参数.
