摘要
建立了测定氟苯尼考悬浮乳剂含量的高效液相色谱法。采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长223 nm,进样量20μL,柱温为室温。氟苯尼考浓度在40~60μg/mL时,其峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);无杂质干扰,平均回收率为100.18%,平均批内变异系数为0.82%,批间变异系数为0.22%。本方法操作简便,分析快速,结果准确,适用于氟苯尼考悬浮乳剂的含量测定。
A method for the content determination of florfenicol suspoemulsions by HPLC was established. The HPLC system consisted of C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile - water ( 25 : 75 ) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 223 nm, the injection volume was 20 μL and column temperature was room temperature. There was no interference occurred from impurities. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 40 -60 μg/mL (r =0.999 9) , the average recovery was 100.18%, the average intraassay coefficient of variation was 0.82%, the average interassay coefficient of variation was 0.22%. The method is rapid, simple and accurate for the content determination of florfenicol susooemulsions.
