摘要
目的:探讨提高外伤性截瘫患者生命质量的综合护理措施。方法:选择2007年住院患者58例为观察组,以护理程序为工具,施以综合护理干预。采用功能独立性评定量表(FIM)改良式肢体运动功能量表(Fug-Meyer)及生存质量自评量表(QOLQ)对两组患者进行日常生活活动能力、肢体运动功能及生存质量的评定,以2006年住院患者51例为对照组,统计分析两组差异,并评估两组患者并发症发生情况。结果:观察组在护理干预1个月和3个月的FIM评分、改良式Fug-Meyer积分、QOLQ得分明显优于对照组(P<0.05,并发症的发生也明显低于对照组(P<0.05。结论:以护理程序为工具的综合护理干预能帮助外伤性截瘫患者增强日常生活活动能力,促进肢体功能恢复,有效预防并发症,避免二次损伤,提高生命质量。
Objective： To study the comprehensive nursing measures for improving the quality of life for paralytic patients.Methods： 58 cases of paralytic inpatients in 2007 were selected as experimental group to implement comprehensive nursing intervention based on nursing procedures, and 51 cases in 2006 as control group. Their daily life movable ability, llfe quality and complications were evaluated by scores of FLM, Fug-Meyer and QOLQ.Results： The scores of FIM, Fug-Meyer and QOLQ in experimental group after 1 and 3 months of nursing intervention were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the rate of complication in experimental group was remarkably lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention based on nursing procedure can help the paralytic patients to improve the daily life movable ability, prevent complications and quality of life.
