摘要
目的探讨食管癌病人放射治疗全程护理干预措施和安全管理对策。方法对403例食管癌病人用直线加速器体外照射的同时,加强心理护理、健康教育指导、饮食和并发症的护理以及安全管理。结果403例食管癌病人通过用直线加速器体外放射治疗和精心护理,使原发病灶得到有效控制,病人的吞咽困难得到了明显改善,提高了医疗护理质量,得到了病人和家属的好评。结论对食管癌病人放射治疗的全程护理干预及安全管理对策行之有效。
objective To explore the nursing measures and safe management coutermeasures throughout radiotherapy for patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 403 cases of esophageal cancer were taken vitroin exposure of the linear acclelerator,given psychological care, health educationguidance, diet relfection and safe management. Results 403 cases of esophageal cancer with radiation therapy linear accelerator and care were effectively controlled,the patients dysphagia and the quality of nursing were improved. Conclusion Radiotherapy for esophageal cancer patients and safe management of nuising interveation are effective conutermeasures.
